What we keep

If you become a member we keep two things: your email address and the date you joined. We also keep a yes or no for whether you want an email when new music is out. That is all.

Why

Your email is how you sign in. We send you a one-time link instead of asking for a password.

If you tick "Email me when new music is out" we will write when there is a new release. A few times a year at most. You can untick it on the members page whenever you like.

We never sell or share your email. We do not use it for anything else.

Who handles it

Member accounts are stored with Supabase, our sign-in and database provider. Sign-in emails are sent through our email provider. The site itself is served as plain pages with no ad trackers.

Spotify players

Release and track pages can show a Spotify player. It only loads when you tap play. Once it loads, Spotify's own privacy policy applies to it.

Cookies and storage

We do not use tracking cookies. When you sign in your browser keeps a small sign-in token so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.

Deleting your account

Email hello@statictrails.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We remove your email and everything linked to it, usually within a few days, and reply to confirm.
